Welcome to Potter Worx Ltd! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including bookings, purchases, and event participation. By using this website and/or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Potter Worx Ltd offers mobile pottery painting experiences at customer-nominated venues. All materials, including bisque pottery, paints, brushes, and tools, are provided, with post-event glazing and kiln firing included.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking and there may be occasions for large number of participants where a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date and allow for the ordering of bisque items.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due no later than 1 days (24 hours) prior to your event date or offline card payment or prior to setting up the event.
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the funds and written confirmation via email from Potter Worx.
- Minimum Booking Timeframe: Events must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure bisque ordering and availability.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once, provided at least 72 hours' notice is given and subject to availability.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate space and access for setup.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult/s throughout the event.
- Guests must follow all safety guidance provided by the event facilitator.
6. Product Handling & Delivery
- Potter Worx collects, glazes, and fires all painted items post-event.
- Finished pieces will be returned within 10 working days.
- While every effort is made to deliver items safely, Potter Worx is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or kiln access issues.
- Items are fragile. Potter Worx accepts no responsibility for breakages after delivery.
7. Refunds & Damages
- Refunds will only be issued in cases of service failure on our part and at our discretion.
- We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with finished painted items due to artistic variation.
- Any breakages or losses due to misuse during events may be charged.
- 3rd party Billing Provider may withold transaction fees for any refunds processed
8. Use of Website & Content
- All website content is owned or licensed by Potter Worx Ltd.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without express written permission.
- We reserve the right to update or modify services and pricing at any time.
9. Photography & Media
- We may take photographs during events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the event.
- Customers may submit photos of their work to be featured in our Inspiration Gallery.
10. Liability
- Potter Worx Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after any event unless proven to be the result of gross negligence.
- Participation in all activities is at the customer’s and guests’ own risk.
11. Privacy
- Customer data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
- We will never sell your data and only use it to process bookings or contact you regarding Potter Worx services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
